About

This blog is essentially a platform that promotes self-love and self-motivation. The aim is to inspire and influence those who seek motivation and support them by creating a museum of the journey's of others.

Form encompasses the version of you that you aspire to be. Physically, emotionally, psychologically, financially, and so on. Knowing that that person is within you is a realization anyone has to make on their own because once it's realized, you almost become addicted to feeding that inner self. You're driven to improve area's of your life in any decision you make. You, as your own person can work on doing something everyday, no matter how small- in order to get you on the path to becoming the person you aspire to be.

Self-love is defined as "[the] regard for one's own well-being and happiness". Beginning a self-love and/or self-motivation journey isn't easy at all, it means facing your insecurities, recalling negative moments from the past and even reflecting on negative projections.

One thing I've learnt is that no matter where a person is on their journey, they can always grow more and this applies to any journey. Growing more once you've started requires inner motivation and that motivation may not always come at the intensity it's required. How many times have we told ourselves "diet starts Monday" or "I'll go to the gym tomorrow." Excuses will always be there when we don't have the right attitude BUT we don't have to subject ourselves to feeling incapable or incomplete. Having everything YOU want isn't always possible but chasing after it may determine whether or not you get it.

"Life is what YOU make it"!

This motto is the reason I've started this blog, amongst other things. I hope that by creating this platform I can help anyone become a better version of themself.

What comes easy most likely goes easy, too. I've only just begun understanding how long something you're passionate about may take, the ups and the downs behind the scenes (not that nobody ever warned me).

Self-motivation means even when you feel tired, upset or discouraged; you're always trying to be a better version of yourself, in any light.

I grew up with many insecurities of my own and getting through them seemed impossible when everyone else around seemed "okay". The truth is, focusing on other people won't make you feel any better (in fact, it is literally a waste of your own time bringing negativity into someones life).  The important lesson here is to do something about your insecurities, beat it financial, physical, emotional or whatever it may be, just taking a step forward (even an assisted step) will bring satisfaction in the most unexplainable way and once you get there, you can't look back.

It's almost like running, just don't stop... even if you just need to slow down.

Forever your cheerleader,
Love Thy Form
