Love Thy Form was launched on Women's Day 2017, simply because woman month seems to be the month where we're all encouraged to love and embrace anything and everything we are. I do, however, believe that everyday should be this way. Each and every person should be encouraged to embrace the person they are because that is how you start growing. Lets celebrate Women's Day but lets not forget to celebrate ourselves! By watering the seed that lives within you and motivating those around you. The law of attraction suggests that the energy you put out in the world has the potential to come back. Love thy form because that's where it all starts. Follow your dreams and never give up, for you.

I wanted to start off by sharing stories from a few lovely ladies that volunteered to be apart of Love Thy Form's launch. I wanted to engage with people who feel that they are confident in themselves to highlight the self-love essence of this blog. We all know about when the caterpillar starts looking like a butterfly but I wanted to speak to people about the process because truth be told, that I is what I would like to know.

I wanted to create a platform where people feel can share their lows, their struggles and their defeats because we all go through them and sometimes it's important to be reminded that you're not alone and that nothing in life works perfectly, for anyone!

I hope these stories are moving in even the smallest ways and I hope that as this blog grows and more stories about people's self-love and self-motivation journeys are shared, we can all cheer each other on and create a community where judgement doesn't exist and inspiration takes it's place.
